Transit time for domestic orders 2-5 working days. Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless the product has a different shipping timeline mentioned.
We don't charge any extra shipping cost on domestic orders.Â
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency; they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.

Ring sizing is a very common issue for us. When you return the ring for resizing, please keep us informed of your new size in 14 days. The customers are responsible to pay the shipping fees for returns. You can always contact us for any return questions at whitelionjewels@gmail.com.
RETURNSIt is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will re-fulfil your order upon verification. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 10 working days.
Our pieces are handcrafted and slight variation in color and form is considered acceptable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

White Lion Jewels is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay - for any international order.
